Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders shipped by standard service will arrive 2-3 business days after completed payment.

Q : What can I do if my purchased goods have a problem ?

Q : Will I receive a confirmation email after I submit an order?
A : You will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes.

Q: Why are the price of some items not showing up on web site ?
A : The product in “Commercial Column” are pre-order items only. Please click “ contact us ” for a quote.

Q :  How can I purchase “ Pre-Order ” Items ?

Q : How long will it take for  “Pre-Order” items to arrive ?
A: It will take approximately 60 to 90 days.

Q : Do products from “ Sportathlon” come with a warranty?
A: All products from Sportathlon come with a warranty. We offer 1-year warranty on TRX, Bosu, and FreeFROM Board products and a 3-month warranty on Airex and Calyana products.

Q: The products I received were damaged during delivery, what should I do?
A: Please take pictures and “contact us” immediately for us to investigate

Q : Can I return or exchange good purchased online?

Items purchased through our online store cannot be returned, except goods which have been damaged during delivery.  If so, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, by clicking here.

*Once an item is returned, we will inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defectors, and if necessary, we will either exchange the goods or issue a refund using the payment method used within 30-days.  If the products are not found to be defective, we will reject your claim and return your goods to you.*

Q : How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?
A:  Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order.

Q : Can I pick up the items from your showroom?
A: Items ordered are available to be picked up from our showroom located here.

Q : Do you offer an express delivery service?
A: Yes ,we have express delivery service available for Bangkok area only.
