Notification to the refund policy agreement and understanding on the use of the website.
1. The Company will refund the amount paid to customers in any cases that Company cannot be deliver the product as per customer order with a timeline below
1.1 In case of full payment was made through Credit / debit card (Visa, Master card) then the refund will be reversed to the credit card used within 10-45 days as an estimate
refund lead time or depend on term and condition of the bank credit card holder. The company will inform customer by e mail once the refund process have done.
1.2 In case of full payment by fund transfer to company bank account then the company will make a full refund back to the required bank account by customer.
The process will take approximately 3-7 business days; you will receive an Email response after a refund made within 24 hours.
2. Request a refund from online customer.
In case of the customer cancel the order within 24 hours then the process time will be as follow
2.1 In case of full payment was made through Credit / debit card (Visa, Master card) then the refund will be reversed to the credit card used within 10-45 days as an estimate
refund lead time or depend on term and condition of the bank credit card holder. However in this case company will be collected the Bank Charge of 4.5% from the amount
paid and refund the net balance to customer credit card/debit card and company will inform customer by e mail once the refund process have done.
2.2 In case of full payment by fund transfer to company bank account then the company will make a full refund back to the required bank account by customer with cancellation
fee of 200 baht deduction. The process will take approximately 3-7 business days; you will receive an Email response after a refund made within 24 hours.
3. We reserve the right to change any conditions without prior notice.
4. The Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the period if it is over 24 hour after ordering.
5. The Company reserves the right to refund within the specified period in case of the force majeure
